Jess, sending you hugs across the miles and support❤️! I know about the snow, I’m in Denver and the storm we had this week was intense, so much snow! I hope the sun comes out to shine and that you can be in the light!

I've had gliders for a few years, but never liked using them in the pilates classes I did.  This was a fun class and I could actually do most everything...not so much the planking due to back issues, but I will try using my gliders in more classes as Marnie does them!

There are a lot of things you cannot control in life, exercise has always been a way for me to control my stress and makes me feel strong and healthy!

My husband is making pizza and we’ll have guacamole and chips. My Mom’s go to Super Bowl recipe was chili con queso. She melted velveeta cheese with canned green chilies and served with chips!
