Finally had 30 minutes to get to the mat as I’ve been at my daughter’s house playing with my 4 month old granddaughter and helping my daughter’s transition from maternity leave to going back to work and daycare❤️. I’ll have look for Clara on the lives as a new mini, since my daughter has joined M/Body!

It’s been a rough week, but am happy that my daughter delivered a healthy baby girl by emergency C-section on Wednesday afternoon just before the snow storm hit! She had more than 36 hours of labor and post birth complications, but today they are both coming home!

I’m a July Leo! Happy birthday! 67 on July 26th! Trying to get back to the mat, just got cortisone shots in both knees and back is feeling better so maybe this week🙏🙏
