Hi Emily, I’m doing ok, had a rough PT session yesterday and had to take a pain pill when I got home, otherwise I’m using only Tylenol. Working on increasing range of motion and I’m able to do squats now. So maybe I’ll be able to do a standing workout next month🤞

Yay, my scan results are normal! I’ll keep working out as much as I can, I believe it definitely keeps the bones strong!

Hi Jennifer, feet, knees, hips are all connected, possibly something is out of alignment. I went to a body alignment guy, not a chiropractor, and he helped get my knees, hips and feet feeling better. I have done Marnie’s foot workout a few times and due to my arthritis and bone on bone knees, I am limited to standing workouts or modifying anything on the floor.
