Ugh! I messed up my shoulder 4 years ago doing reformer Pilates and it took 2 years to heal! I never had it checked out because I do have arthritis in my knees so figured that was the issue. I still don’t do complete push ups because it hurts to do those. Hoping you heal with PT!
