Mary-Ellen, it’s so hard to watch our parents fail😢. My dad too is having problems especially with remembering how to do simple things like using his computer. He’s 91 and gets so easily frustrated and negative when he can’t do something. Marnie’s classes help me with stress relief! Hang in there❤️❤️

Mary-Ellen, I am in a similar place having moved my elderly parents to Reno from Long Beach, CA. I spend several days a week helping them but I’m thankful to still have them and to have this time with them❤️

Apparently, this one was in my favorites already, but I didn't remember doing it and still loved this workout today! That's what happens when you get old haha

We read Lessons in Chemistry in our book club and everyone loved it! Great book.
