Congratulations Claudia!! I appreciate your words and agree- the feeling of being able to handle life’s challenges in a body that feels strong (and a headspace that is granted some moments during the exercises and wellness activities) helps tremendously to continue forward without breaking. I have SO enjoyed seeing your food and coffee/cappuccino posts on IG 😍 Good luck with the ongoing pressures and challenges.
