Ohhh this “work in” class was such a cool experience! I greatly appreciate the opportunities to feel and strengthen and sweat in different ways, and this heat felt different. Not cardio but still had me focusing on my breathing and regulating it. Yes this was core focused (a lot of bracing) but every class is full body and I felt this all over. Appreciated the message at the end about growth. I want to revisit this in a few more weeks and see how it feels comparatively.

This was such a great sculpt class with barre choreography and weights. I was feeling the dancer’s arms in holding the stance and playing around with graceful movements. It’s such an effective trick to keep my mind busy and not focusing on the pulses in my legs. Great class!

Fabulous and quick 20 min barre. This had zero jumps and hops, and was standing from warmup to cool down stretches. While holding posture works arms and core, I felt the emphasis on my legs and some hip/glute work. Used barre and ball for equipment.

Same re: app and limited workouts posted under each category (as of Sunday evening EST time). I think Marnie said at one of the recent Live classes the app was in process of more updates, so maybe this is growing pains? As far as posting to FB, normally a post needs to be approved by a M/BODY admin and that can take a day or so (plus it’s a holiday weekend). You’re not alone and I imagine they’ll have this fixed within a few days. 🙂
