PS- really appreciated the tip to use the ball in between knees for sensitive knees. That was the ONE move in Marnie’s PopsugarFitness YouTube videos that I always dreaded w/ knee sensitivity, and that ball helped. Thank you!

This class surprised me in all good ways. I appreciate the comments below and agree. It is definitely core, but it’s not at all just abs. This was the whole core approach. It was a good flow and feels like a gentle but slowly building some energy for the day. Such a duality- I was feeling really tired this morning, and this short class felt calming but also energizing. Perfect start for the day, thank you!

Hey Whitney! No idea if they’re listed or can be sorted in that manner, but I wonder if you were to search “/1” and “/2” if that would help find the OG classes? It would be cool to be able to sort by date added.

I bet your experiences that were so difficult have shaped you into a wonderful mother focused on a healthy and attentive attachment to your two babies- they are so lucky! đź’ž

No equipment needed at all. Cardio intimidates me, but this longer cardio class moves along with moves that feel great (the glutes/hip/leg/ab series on all fours felt AMAZING and I know my booty is going to be feeling it all day). The shapes we make with the stretching feels good and looks so beautiful in the mirror (always love a good warrior pose!). I’m finding as I continue my commitment to M/Body and movement, I can see progress is my endurance & stamina even with hard things like cardio.

This is beautiful, Lindsey. I am ready to read yours and Emily’s memoirs as I feel like I’d cry, laugh, and feel hopeful by the end. I don’t know your history, but it’s so cool you’ve reached this level of perspective of it all. 🖤

This short class is ALL low-impact, no jumps even in the warmup. You will feel fire in your legs, the reminders are to keep your core activated throughout. This is a slow and steady burn, but in such a balletic way. These ballet-focused classes are great practice for me working on keeping legs straight, and the choreography feels so graceful.
