This class is a FANTASTIC place to feel a lot of the signature M/BODY moves but w/ some extra hip rolls and circles thrown in b/c Bey Day. Enjoyed it so much- prefer to catch the classes during the Lives, but still feel connected and supported when playing the class later. Also, I tend to strip down to just my sports bra within the first 15 minutes, but hearing Marnie suggesting that before we even start set the tone- going to be a sweaty, WORKED class and I am here for it!! 👏

THIS. CLASS. 🔥🔥🔥 The choreography, the quick pace (hi heart rate!), the beautiful words and messages imbedded in the class and at the end, the burn, the energy, the playlist… absolutely everything was incredible. It was challenging, featured curse words (me not Marnie) and felt like beautiful, powerful strength. I had to take a call during the Live and I am planning to re-do this class tonight after work b/c I don’t want to miss ANY of it! What a powerful class to keep coming back to and feel our growth. Thank you Marnie & M/BODY!

I feel like I did this one before, but there’s no comment so maybe it’s just those wonderful Signature moves I’m becoming familiar with. It was a sweaty, fast moving, hit all your body parts class. My husband joined me and he kept commenting how badass we are for doing these classes (he’s right).

YESSSSS!!!! My 🍑 is so sore! I usually feel “worked,” but today I feel a bit sore. And my right side is a little more sore than my left and I went down a brief rabbit hole of worries that I somehow worked my right side more and will have an uneven butt. I entertained that thought for only 30 seconds but still… 😬😂😂

To clarify I definitely have dealt with body image issues and reclaiming- I meant I couldn’t relate to having a large chest (and yet size doesn’t matter when it comes to bad experiences or others crossing our boundaries especially when we were younger). Sending love and strength to view yourself in a loving, safe, protected, and reclaimed way.

I was so excited to do this class, as I was a desktop warrior during the Live streaming. The combos were incredible in this- I am immediately favoriting and will be coming back to this low-impact but firey, sweaty class. Sending love from outside of Baltimore, MD!

Hope the call came and went, and you find yourself still standing. While so many classes feel joyful to me (including the Pride classes even though I’m vanilla cis gender hetero), I think pairing any movement that feels good with the words of wisdom in classes (reminders that we are strong, take up space, we are safe and well, we flow like water, the time will pass anyway…) is helpful. As is rest and other kindness to your body and spirit. Sorry your boss can be an ass or at least communicates about difficult things in unhelpful ways. Hope a new day dawns for you soon, and the fires are put out.

Great class and playlist! I did this one outside while traveling, and I felt it work everything. Marnie’s reminders/corrections of form are consistently helpful.
