Thank you! Iโ€™m new but diving in deep in this experience, and embracing the connection with others as we grow physically but also introspectively in this process. I enjoy seeing your comments during the live workouts (when the comment section is loading properly for me).

I treated myself to a Lululemon reversible mat 5mm last December and have found it does not pill into tiny balls that cover the carpet and my clothing. I lay the grippy side down on the carpet and the smooth side under my feet, which has worked great. I bought it in plain black to save $10, but after replacing mats that disintegrated after a few months of use, this has been a worthwhile investment.

Yay welcome to the challenge and how awesome you are keeping your body moving with the family hike! I channeled my inner child and printed the board out and taped it to the journal Iโ€™m using for this challenge, but Iโ€™ve seen others have taken a screenshot of the board and use the drawing editing to cross off each day with an x or a check mark.
