Tried this class based on recommendations from the M/BODY Global fam on Instagram. Different order of choreo to keep the mind active. A lot of standing abs to also change it up. I enjoyed the messages of not being alone, of shedding, of being connected and duality throughout the class.

This class worked inner thighs and glutes and hips all in low-impact quickie 30 minutes. The curtsy choreo took a minute for me to get, but it was my favorite part. As some commented during the Live, the floor inner thigh work felt old school in a good way. Here are Marnie’s words toward the end of class, and it encapsulates what I love about M/BODY so much: “We make sure every moment of this time that we to spend together is done in a space that is connected to self and to community. It’s connected to your breath and to your being. And that not a moment is wasted so that you are now achieving the type of meditative yogic expanse that your body needs every day. The sweat that you created is detoxifying, and the muscles that you activated both from movement and from mind connection are awakened and strong.”

Another class I adored doing Live and forgot to comment until I revisited it. As Marnie says, this class is stretch, sculpt, and a little sweat. This recovery flow is still quite active, but in a way that feels healing to the body. We also make so many shapes that feel playful and joyful! Second time around and I still needed the Earth to catch me as I fall out of the last pose, and it still makes me giggle when I fall instead of feel overwhelmingly frustrated by it. Love the mindset shifts that occur with consistent M/BODY practice!

I remember LOVING this one live and cannot believe I didn't comment on it earlier (I tend to rush back for work after weekday live classes). This class felt joyful and sassy; I love the use of the chair and think this could work for those traveling too. This is a wonderful go-to to change our signature moves a little. Beautiful message at the end, as always.
