Such pretty ballet choreography that made my legs SHAKE! Will come back to this and keep practicing the hip stillness with leg movement (balancing on one leg).

What a fabulous list! Cheers to a healthy partnership (and Wegmans! My favorite grocery store). The reminder to look to the sky is one I love; the perspective of how vast the universe is and how we have star dust in our bodies. 💗

Horray for deciding old beliefs of what we can/cannot wear are just thoughts, and we can change our thoughts - and YAY for growing comfortable enough in your skin to wear something different than your usual!

I appreciate the detailed form corrections - those were incredibly helpful! I swear every reminder about dropping lower, dropping your shoulders, raising your chest, and bending from the hips were exactly what I needed to enhance my posture. Great class and as always beautiful mantras to hear and repeat.
