Your minis are adorable!! I love when we can demonstrate healthy habits for our kiddos- from exercising to speaking lovingly about others, ourselves, and our efforts in front of them.

Ugh, sorry your sick and for the disappointment of how that feels and changes your plans. But these are just timeframes that do not have to be definite; maybe your 60 day challenge will start a week or two later. Maybe youโ€™ll pick up on whatever day your body tells you itโ€™s ready and you complete the parts you missed at the end. Agree with the others- listening to your body and helping yourself get well with rest and fluids IS your challenge right now- sounds like youโ€™re doing what you need and that is a powerful message to give to yourself and your body. Feel better soon!

I DARE you to do this workout and not feel every single muscle of your body afterward. Also, Marnie had me thinking we were done twice before the actual end- tricky! Such a great full body and cardio workout- thank you!

These are fabulous goals- way to tap into your specific passions and be open and honest with yourself and others- shows youโ€™ve already done some of the hard work already!

Kicking off Day #4 w/ lemon water (fresh lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper & turmeric) although my 5 year old has taken all the mason jars to make โ€œpotionsโ€ (now filled w/ food coloring, glitter, cinnamon, and soap) so chugging from a regular glass. โค๏ธ

I journaled my smart goals last night and sharing them here- hopefully itโ€™s legible. Cheers to each of you as you continue your journey! ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ’—As Iโ€™ve read some others say, it seems the right exercises - but especially the meditations/messages of hope- find us when we need it. Congrats on day 2!
