I am happy that I have allowed myself to come back to this class and to play around with the side planks. It was so incredibly difficult a year ago and while it still challenges me, I am much more into my body and in my center where the choreo makes sense. With patience and practice, I was able to successfully complete this class. And it so beautiful to witness my own growth. Thank you for being an incredible teacher Marnie. 

Hey Vanessa, I'm Jessi! I'm glad we get to chat on the CB here. This is a beautiful question and I'm grateful I can offer you some support. I took the time to look through the M/<45 classes, and I have to say, the 45 min classes are awesome. In your case I'd recommend:

M/<45 BARRE SCULPT/45. It's a Barre classic! It is no equipment and no traditional planks or push-ups, but it is a very well rounded class. It's one of my favs. The cardiovascular is uplifting and always customizable. You'll build up strength in no time!! 

M/<45 Signature/ 398 - A newer class in the curriculum of this year. A This class uses all the props and there is rolling push-ups and planks if you're ready for it! This class feels very light and airy in my opinion. Again, it's well rounded so you can do it again and again without feeling overburdened. 

M</45 FULL BODY SWEAT/124- No Barre or movement ball- weights are optional. Also, no planks or push-ups. This one is so fun and energetic. The floor series is great! 

Sweet Jess, you are simply beautiful. It is uplifting that through the ups and downs of this time period in your life you have embraced gratitude. It's a wonderful gift. Your honesty and modesty is lovely. The pictures you have shared are gorgeous and wholesome. I love the smiles plus the scenery is breath taking- what a delight!

This year has been peculiar, I had certain plans and ideas but life has taken me in a different direction than I imagined. I'm learning to make peace with it. So, again, thank you for sharing and lighting up my day. You are a beautiful soul my friend.
