Hey Daniela! This is my go-to workout during menstruation! This is an awesome post. I typically center workouts around my cycle and customize my monthly plan according to my bodies needs. Thank you for posting on this topic. Love it!

Shalom, Shalom Sha.

I'm sorry to hear this my friend. I understand where you're coming from. This is a generous offer from you; I'm sure it will be so meaningful and astonishing to the one that can receive this gift from you.

Everything will work out in the end! May you always have hope, peace, and love in your heart.

I loved the Chair Dance class from Saturday! It was refreshing to play with familiar moves in an unfamiliar way. I would totally love to see more classes like this. Very cool. Thank you.

I absolutely loved incorporating the 5lb weights. The heavier weight added the resistance of deep strength and aliveness that felt good and necessary.

The balance between work and play. It's the classic imbalance of all work and no play. Looking forward to this month. And it is a joy to be apart this wonderful community together.

Hey Carly! I've done this exercise before when I was practicing Pilates regularly and I found it to be super frustrating as well. It was like I just couldn't get it. Is this the first time executing this move? It took many tries to figure out the proper form. Focusing on the shoulder to hip to knee to foot alignment was key, plus pulling in my core (keeping that belly button tight to spine) helps maintain alignment. With patience and practice comes success. And I agree with Jenny G. - playing around with laying your head down vs being propped  on that shoulder can help find your best placement. You'll get it.
