Can anyone even read this?? ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ I intentionally wrote in pencil so I could change if needed and I did! I really was ambitious! I was going hard the first nine days. The 9th day I over did it with the workouts and I was sore for multiple daysโ€ฆ a challenge to get back on that pony and eek it out, but I used modifications and achieved my goal of 5 workouts a week! This included M/Body and ballet zoom classes. And a random YouTube workout. Michael did the no screens before sun and morning water with me so that helped keep me on track having a buddy like that. We were able to keep each other in check! I noticed we were talking more in the morning which was sooooo nice and good for us (now if we can just stick w it). I had the goal of dry brushing thrice weekly. I did it twice a week at least. I also added the goal of meditating 5 days a week for atleast 15 minutes. We mostly did 20 every morning but when there was a time crunch we did 5 min and there was one day we didnโ€™t because I was โ€ฆ.. hungover ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿซฃ just being honest. Everything in moderation right? So there ya go! I surprised myself. I circled my workouts and highlighted my goals. I really love these group challenges!!! It keeps me motivated when I know we are doing it together!
