Hey beauty!! Thank you for sharing! Yes, my left leg is tighter than my right along with a weak ankle- that causes my hips to tilt back and laterally. My leg looks knock kneed and the left foot pronates aka flat foot.  This work has helped tremendously to "straighten" things out. During the workouts I can find proper alignment and I've began training my neuro-pathways of the left muscles outside of this work.

With that said, the arches of my feet used to be really sore, over time they just got stronger. During the barre series, I would place the movement ball under my feet if they were really sore that day, until they got stronger. And they def will get stronger. I have used arch supports as well, just arch compression on the feet which helped pull my arches up and brought some relief. Now my arches are healthy and strong. 

I've been doing this practice for 2 years, with years of weight training and pilates under my belt. And my muscles have developed properly.

I feel the most beautiful during this ballet stretch! The piano brings such joy to my soul.  M/BODY -Would LOVE a longer length class as such please. The Ballet Stretches are the best.🪷🥰

This is such a goodie. I loved it!! 🥰 The best part for me was staying conscious of my core and continuing to pull in even when I began to feel afraid or not good enough, I pulled through it. Thank you!

LOVE this one!! Still stands as one my favorites!! Such great work for the upper body with a double plank series after cardio and another after the barre series. Plus I love the hamstring work at the barre. 💕 Beautiful message at the end. Thank youuu!
