Hey beauty!! Thank you for sharing! Yes, my left leg is tighter than my right along with a weak ankle- that causes my hips to tilt back and laterally. My leg looks knock kneed and the left foot pronates aka flat foot. This work has helped tremendously to "straighten" things out. During the workouts I can find proper alignment and I've began training my neuro-pathways of the left muscles outside of this work.
With that said, the arches of my feet used to be really sore, over time they just got stronger. During the barre series, I would place the movement ball under my feet if they were really sore that day, until they got stronger. And they def will get stronger. I have used arch supports as well, just arch compression on the feet which helped pull my arches up and brought some relief. Now my arches are healthy and strong.
I've been doing this practice for 2 years, with years of weight training and pilates under my belt. And my muscles have developed properly.
