Louise - your post are unequivocally beautiful and so are you. Isn't that the best- to experience that feeling, it's a bit unexplainable at times but you feel it in the depths of your being.

It's such a joy to apprecaite all the wonderful and unique souls here. ❤️ It reminds me when Marnie reminds us to, "Dance like you". You express yourself like you, thank you for honoring that and sharing that gift with us. I hope you continue to find what you need on your journey. It was humbling to which it softened my heart and disapated the fear of being vulnerable in our space here. You have shown myself and all of us depths of kindness and grace. Faith Kelly - I got the chance to listen to the playlist this morning. I added it to my library. Thank you! I loved it. Hey Rochelle KaplanRudolph I'm sorry to hear about your pain. I can imagine its not so fun. Im sorry youre going through this.

I experience on and off knee pain in my left knee. For me, it's typically when I am leaning to forward in particular knee bent positions which is remedied by stacking my ankle to knee to hip alignment. My left ankle is weaker than my righ and it tends to roll in causing a chain reaction to my knee and hip. I purchased an affordable ankle brace and ill wear it on occasion to get a lift in that ankle. I'm not exactly sure what you're experiencing but I hope it gets or has gotten better!!
