I love this Faith! Your words are full of warmth and I can feel your energy beaming off the screen. Thank you for sharing. There really is a connection/bond when we open up and feel safe to express ourselves honestly. It's beautiful and soulful. My goal is to have fun as well. I can get a bit too hard on myself, and I'm learning to let go of those insecurities that come from my past- that's not me. 

That's so cool about how this years challenge coincides with your tour dates! I hope you have a rockin tour!! BTW, I love your music. And I'm grateful for the playlist you've shared a few post back with the M/BODY Musicians. It's been great listening to it! 

I do remember you mentioning about the accident. I totally understand, and yes, the heavier weights are awesome for what you're experiencing. I'm glad its helping. 

And agreed about social media. I love this CB. My nervous system is calm when I show up vs the other social media platforms. I love it here!!
