What kinds of lifestyle changes have you made to improve your health?
I take a morning walk after my vitamins and lemon water and before phone scrolling. I try for 35-40 mins, but sometimes I only have time for 20. I do this without music or an audiobook since reading how important it is for the brain to have free time sans consumption. Iโve increased my protein intake and as a result, have pretty much killed snacking (outside of a 3pm snack which carries me from a 12pm lunch to 6:30 ish pm dinner). We have been baking our own sourdough bread too! I journal on Saturdays. My newest goal is to write a card or letter to someone 2x/month.
Quite a few!
Most recently. I'm trying to get myself to hop on the mbody app when I get into the scroll hole on social media. I find this conversation is much more enriching ๐
I've been doing the celery water with a twist! Adding cucumber, lemon and cayenne to it! I've also realized that in the past 3 months of drinking it almost daily, my period cramps have lessonened and my skin is looking more vibrant and less breaky outy during the time of the month! I imagine it helps with the inflammation ๐
Lastly, for I've been reading a book for even 5 minutes every morning before looking at my phone. It let's my brain wake up before I get task oriented and overwhelmed. It's been a fun challenge and has helped my morning crazies A LOT

Hey Nina, how are you? This is a great question here and wonderful comments.
Currently, I've began meal planning/prepping. I cook from scratch (mostly) and I found its incredibly simplistic and creative. I've found joy and peace in this. It lessons my anxiety to know what the family meals are regularly. We eat the same weekly, unless it's a special occasion. Its veggies, fruit, grains, and protein. And yes, balancing out eating plenty of protein for has been a priority, I'll have protein shake when needed, specifically on days I weight train. I began weight lifting with my husband a few months(along with m/body routine) a few times a week for my personal goals and bonding with him.
I drink my water, take a multi-vitamin, not too much caffeine, and a daily walk as a meditation and to get fresh air, sunshine, and perspective. And most importantly, loving others whole heartily, remembering we all human who are worthy of love and respect.
