I forgot how amazing this class is! Such a fun dance series and lovely barre section. It makes me feel so pretty.  And the message at the end was such a great reminder. Lovee it so much!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. This class was a slice of happiness- a true "pick-me up" if you're feeling down or stressed this time of year. I had a lot of fun and was reminded of the simple pleasures of what the holiday season symbolizes. I am so grateful we get to share the light and joy of Xmas and the holidays, for it is truly beautiful. Thank you for gifting us this celebratory class. Happy New Year to all! 

I second this- Totally agree with you Nicole. Here in the North East US it's pretty dreary with lots of snow. No matter what, your post inspires me to carry the joy, love, and compassion of the holiday season in to the new year to flourish.  Thank you beautiful<3
