Hi! So Iβve never posted in here, but been doing these workouts on and off since the pandemic π. I love them but have not been able to do them because of pregnancy and post partumn stuff. I can start doing them again but donβt have the strength I used to. Any recommendations on a 45 minute one I can do kinda repetitively to get back into it and rebuild strength that Iβve lost? Thanks for any suggestions!
