Hi guys! I’m not as vocal on here as I’d like to be, but I’m trying to communicate more with the m/body family 😊 last week was brutal; multiple panic attacks from old trauma that I’m trying to recover from. AND, my therapist cancelled on me, which doesn’t help. But, I’m remaining positive and sending love to anyone else who struggles with mental illness. Have a great rest of the week! ✨💕
