Joyful signature! Brief arm series and weighted leg series with balas on the floor that was AWESOME. Definitely come back to that series. I think the leg weights activated the abs even more, which felt great. Brief pushups and planks, but nice fire and sweat throughout! Plus the music.... who wouldn't want to dance?!

Wonderful 45 minutes. Optional cardio intervals in the beginning and then powerful leg work at the barre!! The sweat was ON! Thank you Marnie for a fabulous workout!ย
