Lindsey Jordan Just had to say I completed this mini challenge this morning! Thank you for the encouragement. I loved going back through the catalogue to discover new-to-me classes, and what a perfect time to do them!!

Thank you Lindsey Jordan for this holiday rec! Perfect way start to a Saturday morning. I'll admit I thought the plank series was going to last through the entire Footloose song (so I mentally prepared myself), and I wish I wouldn't have taken a brief down dog before the 4 sets of 8! A challenge for next time! Also, the glute work at the end is straight 🔥. Thank you Marnie for another amazing sweaty class!

Such a FUN class! I loved the playlist, the ball work at the floor that brought the wiggles, and I left feeling strong and connected. Proud of myself for completing all of the booty & plank work without stopping and staying in the fire. Thank you Marnie & M/Body Team!!

Finally got to this class and loved it! The ending meditation, about beauty in the chaos of messy kitchens and rooms or changed plans hit home. It was just what I needed to here in this holiday season, and I'll becoming back to this class again to further challenge and connect.

Miranda you are straight on! I did the class this morning and loved the movement around the floor and mat. Her words at the end about really tuning in made me want to go back and just do it all again!

FIRE. Classic signature choreography at the beginning, the moves into FIRE arms (want to challenge myself next time to not drop them with 3 lb weights - got close, but not there yet), and FIRE legs at the barre. Activating glutes and more fire abs at the end. Hat tip to Marnie!! Great one to come back to to get lower into the legs at the barre while lunging and not come out of the fire. Also, the ending words were exactly what I needed to hear ❤️

Faith, I am with you! Just did this and I love it! Perfect amount of cardio, obliques, booty and brief abs all while opening up the hits. Officially favorited!

Completely agree with Lindsey! Finally got to this live and it was sweatyyyy. Hello GLUTES!🔥 🔥 This left feeling strong and wanting to get better at feeling deep gratitude for every aspect of my life, for where I'm at now, all that I've accomplished, and what my body allows me to do today.
