The energy and joy from this workout made it feel like I worked out for less than 60+ minutes. I found myself singing along to all the songs. Fave workout of all time. Although longer workouts aren’t my jam, this one is the jam to my peanut butter!! 😂

240 cardio dance is a fave, along with 157 arms and back. Or any back/posture class. And I frequently revisit most arms and abs classes.

These 45-minute classes are my sweet spot, pushing me just outside my comfort zone but allowing me to fit in a morning workout. I loved that I struggled with some of the choreography....I'll have to do this one again (and again) to keep at it! The ab section towards the end was great. The whole workout had me feeling strong and emotionally uplifted.

When I can fit in a 45 min during the week, there are only a few on my favorites/spreadsheet. I’m adding this one. I’m a sucker for all the postural work, especially since I work at a computer all day. To be reminded of those powerful back muscles is a gift - thank you, Marnie!

More healing/restorative flows, arm workouts with heavier weights, low impact cardio, standing workouts. Is there more availability to connect after class?

This workout was a great start to my focus on health, wellness this year. A great companion to my mindset to reduce empty calories, eat more whole foods, and get my thyroid condition stable. Loved all the movements that really worked my brain too! Thanks, as always to Marnie, for creating energy and movement that excite and motivate me!
