This was the PERFECT one to do in this space. Loved healing hips so much I will be coming back to this over and over again! I have a chronic hip injury and this was incredibly healing.

My goal for this week is to keep up with challenge while on vacation. I brought Marnie with me to beautiful Ucluelet BC, Canada :)

I LOVE these goals! And I feel the same way about planks - I am feeling my body getting stronger though. I can do more than I could a few months ago and find when I focus on that, the dread eases. You got this!

I hit post too soon - I wanted to note that this valley has a Mediterranean like climate and many amazing wineries - which is very unique to Canada. It’s an amazing place to live and wanted to share some of the history :)
