So this is what my board looks like. Itโ€™s that time of the month and I literally have almost zero energy. Wanted to do my favourite Phenomenal Woman session, but the 20 minute Cardio Sweat was the maximum I was able to do. Do you workout while on your period? How do you manage it during the Challenge?
