Hi Julie! My regular (not mini or micro) M/BODY specific movement ball is 22 inches (56 centimeters) in circumference. I suppose that could vary some based on how much a person inflates the ball. One thing about the M/BODY ball: it’s not as squishy as some other Pilates style balls I’ve used. Hope that helps!

I enjoyed the slow and deliberate pace of this class. My arms feel activated, my spine aligned, hips opened. Just what I needed!
