A lot of very functional movement in this one. Used one 8 lb and then two 5 lb since my back issues limit me to no more than 10 lb load. Still a great workout! My fave was standing on one leg balancing with arms poised holding one weight out front doing a little leg bend/squat - amazing fun and made me feel alive! Thank you Marnie and Katelyn!

I was there decreasing the weight, moving at my own pace. So wonderful to be here with you and others that are so supportive and heartfelt. ❤️

Going for 3x/week. That’s what I averaged in days 1-30. Sadly, I am off the mat for a few days due to a head cold. But will join back ASAP! High fives to everyone
