Hi Everyone! I was planning to make the live class today, but my autoimmune arthritis is flaring so I need to go to the pool for some hydrotherapy instead. I’ll miss connecting with you all. Have a great class!

Hi! Welcome! I really like the progression of workouts in the Rise and Align challenge. Good foundation at the beginning, then builds. I hope you love these workouts and this community as much as I do!

Mary Ellen R - Just took this photo to share with you. The candle holder reminds me that cracks are beautiful.

Mary-Ellen, grief is such a hard thing. I am lifting you up and will keep you in my prayers. I use candles to pray/meditate and will light one for you today.

I’m with you on the back to back viruses over the last month. I’ll be doing my own version of the challenge to finish in about 90 days! Hope you are feeling better!

Enjoyed the simplicity of this session. Great stretch too after a road trip!

Thank you for sharing these photos and your update. I have chronic autoimmune arthritis, so

I’m with you on the need for movement that is healing. I always like the 20 to 30 minute sculpt and stretch, particularly the barre workouts. I find that the “Sweat” sessions are too much for me on fatigue days. Also the 20-30 minute stability sessions work for me. I usually use lower weights than Marnie. Hope you find a few go to sessions that keep your lymph moving and your spirits up! Much love. 💕

Cheering everyone on as we move toward the end of the challenge. Looks like my personal schedule will be a 90 day challenge - had two head colds in a row that slowed me down for a couple weeks. But back to it, and taking things at my own pace. So, if that’s you, you are not alone!
