Hi Everybody! I am here to share something I think is exciting. I went for a whole body DEXA scan to get an idea of my bone density and other stats. My bone density is in the 87th percentile for women of my age! I have not done impact options in M/BODY for the last 4 years, no running, no heavy lifting. I was worried that my score would be lower since I’ve had to give up a lot of the recommended exercises for bone building/maintenance due to back problems. But, thanks to M/BODY and a healthy diet my bones are going strong! Thank you again and again Marnie and team for building these workouts and making them accessible! I think I am officially addicted to these workouts, in the best ways! 😊

The barre choreo was challenging in the best ways. I definitely used the reverse feature a few times! The meditation was just what I needed today. Thank you! I am SO happy to be strong enough to do the 60 monite classes again. They are my favorites!

My little Garmin wrist watch auto indicated part of an M/BODY class as a swim!? :)

Beautiful class! Favorited for sure! My back was very happy with this class (very little twisting). Excellent stretch building without strain. Thank you!
