This month I celebrate 3 years of M/Body and this workout challenged me, mentally and physically. That's one of my favorite things about this platform, the challenge, the growth and above all the encouragement. Thank you, Marnie, for giving us a filter-free space to learn and play. Your words and kindness and acceptance fill me when I need it most. Through this work we're teaching our bodies that we can fall and get back up, that we can laugh at wiggles and that there is no such thing as perfection.

This class was (another!) great lesson in not listening to that little voice that says "I won't be good at that" or "I dont like those classes." Thank you, Marnie, for introducing me to so many amazing ways to engage with my body. I looooved this class! Can't recommend it enough :)

“Playful, accessible, and effective” - such a great description, Marnie! After 2.5 years with this amazing community, I’m so grateful for the variety and for the way that each workout contains moves that are familiar and builds on them to create something new and challenging. I’m always growing in this work and this is definitely a new favorite! Thank you, Marnie!!

Wow - Marnie! I love this class so much. It is slow but my heart is racing. The move at 14:26 is an absolute favorite of mine! Would love to see that amazing mix of strength, stretch and balance in another class!

This is so playful and so fun! “Give yourself permission to learn something new!” You can’t hold on to all the other bs and do this workout and that’s what makes it magic! Thank you, Marnie!!
