Hi Kendall! Here are some links of recs I pulled from our global fam IG chat https://a.co/d/htOLLh7 rec by Lizamary and MollyM, they both raved and https://amzn.to/40vKnDw by MelissaP “This is the one I have. It’s more for alleviating impact due to the thickness”

It truly is so courageous to let yourself be vulnerable by sharing your experience (and it’s really freaking hard so please give yourself grace). It helps you, and there is a ripple effect to others. We are here 💛

No impact, highs and lows for sweat. I loved the flowy combos of this class. The mix of standing, floor, parallel, curtsy and second positions was exactly what my brain needed to focus on to make it fresh and fun, while building fire of course.

Thank you for sharing Laura. It takes so much courage and strength to be aware of inner challenges and let others in to your process. This community has your back with this life changing work.

I’m late but a great full body class is 45 FB Sweat/252. Cardio heavy with weights and some ball work that takes all of your brain power aka no room for bullshit thoughts.

Whew! I picked this one on a morning that I felt physically and mentally drained and got straight SERVED. That opening cardio series without any jumps was killer! So many combos to wake the brain up and the weight work was next level Marnie.
