Oh Megan, what a process you must have gone through trying to make it through pain and heal while mama’ing your girls. What you are going through is so hard. I’m glad to hear you will have the relief that surgery will bring. We will be here for you when your body is ready! Love to you!

Loved this!! The variations in choreography, physical toughness balanced by shorter series, all the props!, stand and floor ahhh so good 🤩I immediately want to revisit all of the 45 sigs in the catalog.

Hi Rebecca! I recommend any cardio dance class in the 20s and 30s sections on those days that your legs are sore or tight. The bouncing feels so good once you’re warm. The focus of these classes is aerobic with faster moves instead of long holds found with sculpty anaerobic work.

If energy is a factor (gotta have energy for cardio classes) I second dear Nicole’s recommendation for floor flow classes and you could consider an arm focused class. The most recent arm class had mininmal leg work, all arms and core.

So good I came back to it within a few days. Even better the second time, and that glute set?! Sooo good!! Fire and endurance meet predictably and create change internally with mental connections, and then there is external change (oh hello legs and 🍑 , looking niiice).
