Yes!! Fun structure ☺️ And a caretaking love giving purpose outside of ourselves and our human family. My son is 9yo so I can appreciate the zoomies, frequent naps, and peeing mishaps more readily lol

I came back to this class after reading the comments below about 80s montage (so fun!). This one has a lighter feel during cardio and weights and a lovely stretch; you’ll feel all, wow this is doable and easy! Then BAM. Marnie comes for your legs with serious barre fire. Barre Burn at its best!

I had to read this and put my phone down to attempt to shove down the emotions this topic brings; this strength you show that humbles me and forces me to acknowledge I’m not there. Congratulations Amanda!! What beautiful boys! Our sweet Ellie passed this winter and we were ready a month ago to have George join our family. He’s 12 weeks and an English Shepherd, and oh my goodness, isn’t the joy and renewed purpose it brings the most amazing thing?
