This class was tough! I call it a next level Marnie class. Those ball pulses had me digging deep for mental and physical endurance. Lower impact classes with smaller movements and fewer choreographic changes really challenge my thoughts. When I find myself in those moments, I try to reframe to a reminder that this exact thing is what is rewiring my nervous system and reducing anxiety overall. So I dig deep and trust. When it’s over, the wave of prideful strength is like nothing else.

Came back to this one for the 3rd time and it’s favorited! Keep revisiting and you will find joy from the prop, the challenge, and more familiar choreography. So good!

I love this class!! So much packed into one class. Variety and props and the playlist?! 🤩 I loved the uniqueness of cardio dance and the early weights. And those barre series…LOVE.

I keep coming back to this one; it’s so good!! The choreography with weights is exactly what my brain needs to keep my thoughts engaged positively, because who doesn’t love a challenge?!

These grounding floor classes are so good! If you liked this go do Floor Flow/Series 290 and 142. All 3 classes are perfectly paired with any shorter standing class!

This. You articulated this so beautifully Maryl. I am with you completely in this particular work.

There’s something magical about this class. It’s ballet bliss for sure, so calming. True sweat with no bounce. All standing barre work, minimal wide second, mid class full barre stretch and floor abs to close.
