Hi! I remembered a few ballet classes with no on your back ab portions, which sent me down a catalog search rabbit hole to find more for you. (I admittedly love this kind of thing!) Here is what I found! There are a few, like the chair dances, that close with brief on your back glute bridges but if that bothers your back you could easily skip. I hope you get some relief and that modifying/eliminating types of movement helps!

I am loving the 45 sigs!! All the things packed into class means fast sequencing with variations in choreo and no missing out on anything; it’s full body baby. I have to say, the extra cardio dance to My Boyfriend’s Back brought me to next level JOY. We’re taking face spitting grins, singing along, and rw to do it twice. And Enya to close? I was back to being 15yo, lost and scared and going through so many things. I burst into tears and child posed it out thanks to all the prep this class brought to get me to that release.
