Yes Anahita, I think that was the case for everyone. I just downloaded the class and am planning to repeat it today, hopefully the download is better but if it isn’t, I’m harnessing the message from that end of class meditation. The glitches are teaching us something; must be patience, distress tolerance, adaptability, and sometimes holding a pose until the video restarts 😆

Good luck with this tech team, what a pain for all of you!

I love this!

If you’re looking for another quick lymph tutorial that is different than the recent one from barre burn 318, she does another one after class and a q&a from Osea Sculpt/183

45! Forever and always. The uniqueness of the choreo and flow of the order of series in this length of class is my favorite.

Hi!! Last I knew her recipe was just to add a few stalks to a blender with water! She has a juicer now so does it that way. If I’m remembering correctly, she also talks about option to add spices if you like like cayenne, ginger, turmeric, lemon whatever is your jam! Food safe oil infused with lemon or another spice you like is really good to add a few drops in too.

Starting your day with lemon water or celery juice sets you up to be hydrated and celery also has really great nutrients and fiber. A quick google search can tell you specifics if you’re interested ☺️

I highly recommend having a few classes downloaded from each time category for those tech glitchy days!

Hi Mali, yes lots of glitches on the app for me and I know others as well, I am not sure about the website. Katelyn let us know the tech team is working to resolve these issues. You can try deleting and reinstalling the app, but it sounds like yours works fine, that’s good! If you do run into issues and delete know that your playlists may disappear.

This class was tough! I call it a next level Marnie class. Those ball pulses had me digging deep for mental and physical endurance. Lower impact classes with smaller movements and fewer choreographic changes really challenge my thoughts. When I find myself in those moments, I try to reframe to a reminder that this exact thing is what is rewiring my nervous system and reducing anxiety overall. So I dig deep and trust. When it’s over, the wave of prideful strength is like nothing else.

Came back to this one for the 3rd time and it’s favorited! Keep revisiting and you will find joy from the prop, the challenge, and more familiar choreography. So good!
