I highly recommend listening to the closing chat before taking this class; especially if you opt to use higher weights. It will really help with the mindfulness needed to connect mind and core when arms are challenged by the weights. This class had power sculpt vibes, so get in that ‘I can do this head space’ and use those cognitive connections to your advantage. This curriculum makes and shows us how strong we are. Such a dynamic fun class with lunge combos, single arm weight series, and ball under feet combos. It is a more dancey and flowy class than a firey meditative barre work class; and it’s joyful (oh hi puppies 🥹❤️), definitely loved it.
