I’ve been following your classes since January 2023. I have stopped worrying about weight and aesthetics because what’s happened to me on the inside is so much more incredibly beautiful. I can’t even believe it. My body is so different now. I feel healthier and more energetic and so much more positive.I know it translates to an external beauty too… but this work, it has really transformed how I define that word “beauty”. Thank you so much oh my gosh.
