Love this low impact workout! Truly low impact, but high intensity. I did this class with some existing pain in my hip, and it was marvelous. Even though it is not an easy workout (THIGHS AND GLUTES WOW!), this is one you can do if you're feeling maybe some residual pain or fatigue or having trouble getting to the mat. I can't wait to revisit it on a day I need it! And the message at the end drives this home! <3
