Hi lovely fam! Iโ€™m returning to the mat after two weeks of recovery (itโ€™s been torture!) What are your recommendations for workouts that helped you ease back in to daily M/BODY? I want to feel some burn, but I also know I need to nourish and take it slow with my body. Help? Thank you!!! โค๏ธ
