In case you havent heard it recently: best ab workout, ever. Perfect all-rounder (more than just abs) and a perfect pace. L O V E ! (And I’ve done it a lot! Can’t get enough) 🫶🏼

Another Cape Town global fam member! 🙌🏼I’ve been with M/Body for 3y now!! Actually I think it’s my 3y anniversary right about now 🤍 and yes, this has made me stronger and more empowered than any other workout; it’s also made me view exercise in a different way - honestly the best lockdown discovery (which also got me through that weird time)!!

Catching up on classes and loved that I chose this one today, ahead of my birthday tomorrow. Felt like the birthday shout-outs were for me too! Perfect class to feel the strength, power and elegance of our inner ballerina. Loved it!
