Almost didn't make it to the challenge today...and I am SO glad I did!!! What a gorgeous ending (and such a delightfully sweaty, sculpty class!). One of my new faves <3

So pumped for this!!!

Finally caught up with this class today! I was feeling really energized after today's live, so I wanted to tack it on :) I loved getting to "stand up" while doing our traditional work on the floor--it gave me such a nice little stretch in between leg lifts!

I'm a book editor, and I had my first New York Times bestseller this week! So it's very cool to see that this live was dedicated to big life events/changes :) Definitely fueling my fire this week!
