Nicole, girl I feel you. I know how much good this M/Body work is doing for me, but then I look in the mirror and I don't see a visible change. I have to come at it from a therapeutic stance. I'm working on embracing my body just as it is. I do the workouts to make me strong and healthy and any change to my physique is a bonus, but not my primary goal. I focus on the community and their positivity. And I've been making an effort to challenge my own perceptions of what a beautiful body means. that has been a real eye opener for me. Sending you so much love!

Wowzah! I was dripping sweat and feeling the sculpt, for sure. Great class! I love when Marnie gets all science-y and talks about what's happening inside our bodies as we do the work. And not just the muscles, but on a cellular level, too. She knows her stuff and I know I'm in the best hands. Thank you! 💜

I love this workout! For about 4 months now, I've been exercising before work at 5am, which can be a struggle. This M/20 has the right balance to get me energized and I feel like I did good work without getting exhausted. Ready for my day! And this has the best explanation to properly do an arm stretch. 💜!
