Hi Jenna,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing tjis. My name is Tracy. I suffered from a panic disorder for many years. I still have the occasional panic attack but I'm better equipped to handle them now. Some tools for the short term: Bach's Rescue Remedy. It's a homeopathic liquid in an alcohol base that goes under your tongue, just a few drops/sprays (won't intoxicate you but it has a strong flavor). I get mine at Whole Foods. It does not make the panic attack stop but I liken it to someone placing a hand on your shoulder. It has a grounding effect. Breathing techniques - can be used anywhere, any time. Circular breathing goes like this: breathe in for a count of 4 (or whatever number is comfortable for you), hold the breath for a count of 4, then breathe out for a count of 4. Repeat several cycles. This helps center you and break out of the panic cycle. Long term, I highly reccommend Cognitive Behavorial Therapy. I did it for many years and that's where I learned how to identify the thought patterns that were causing my panic and how to break those thoughts. I hope things improve for you soon. Sending lots of love.

💜 Tracy

M/<20 Stretch + Restore/104 is my all-time fave. The intentional movements and meditation are a perfect balance for my mind and body. When I need to find my center, this one brings me home. I could do this one every day.

I can't be at the live but looking forward to the playback. I have a few foot-related questions. When we're on the movement ball, the skin on the ball of my foot (where it connects to my toes) feels like it's being pulled in an uncomfortable way. So much so that lately I find myself having to come off the movement ball. Is this normal? I don't remember this happening when I first started M/Body. Also, my feet have gone up a shoe size! Might this be a result of the barefoot work we do? Many thanks in advance!! 💜
