How about a low impact class with restorative pelvic floor focus. I still really love the 20 and 30 minute flows and love all the ideas of fun dance party music :))

Thank you for this one. I’ve been struggling with chronic fatigue and other health conditions and slipped into frustration towards my body not being/doing what I want or think it should…this class was such a gentle reminder and love note to my body to be ok as I am and trust the process. Somehow my body will find its way back towards health and rest and stretching are so important even if that’s all my body craves it’s ok.
