Absolute favourite! I sweat so much and did without weights as my wrists are a bit tender at the moment. Even better was the shoutout I got that I got to relive!

Awesome music, especially with the moves at the beginning. I did this with 20min 311 which also uses only the movement ball for a great longer class!

The best 20 mins to get your blood pumping and whole body moving. I do this with 30 mins to get a great combo!
