My intention is to keep my pregnant body healthy for me and my baby. I have had a rough first 2 trimesters and can’t believe I got through to 23 weeks looking back. Time spent back with Marnie has helped, and I hope to have the energy every few days for a workout

Faith, this is such a brave thing to share with us all. It must be so much weight to be responsible for your own family and extended family. And we sometimes find relief in the things which aren’t best for us long term.
