Marnie, that final meditation was extraordinary. Whoever selected those exact small moments and words should be applauded. Each and every reference made me smile - my grandmother’s rosary, the grocery clerk with kind eyes, the palest shade of pink, the shade of a giant tree, my best friend, belly laugh, ah…perfection.

I forgot just how good this class is. I stretch and move everything, and beads of sweat so soon in the class!

I LOVE coming back to this workout! It is calorie busting but so much fun and short enough to fit before work

This class reminded me how Marnie’s workous saved me many many years ago. It was so calm yet restorative in such flowy ways. I loved that side hip opener stretch at the end with shoulders opening too

This was a truly different abs class to all others I have done, in and out of MBody. Please keep bringing MBody uniqueness in moves and full body movement to all classes as it really shines

This was such a great class to do outdoors in the park! Sunshine and sweat. I chose lower impact as I’m on a healing week

My body needs more new choreo and moves in general as new moves keep my brain active and muscles stimulated. Cardio dances at the 45 min mark are my favourite classes as they get me up off my bum and blood pumping. I don’t get to sweat much otherwise. Would also love more abs targeted segments
