Far-flung MBody Fam! After many years seeing Mayo on the community board, I met this wonderful human being on our trip from London to Osaka for a hot bowl of Ramen 🍜. She can only be described as kick-ass and is a total inspiration in following your dreams, being yourself and making things happen. We spoke about our different lives, Japanese vs UK culture, the stories of our families, to-be children, and dreamed of doing an IRL Marnie class one day. This was my first IRL meet within the community and it was a real joy. This community really brings together inspirational women and good, positivity-radiating people. Keep doing them if you can! Anyone else in the UK who wants to meet some time over summer in London?

Hi lovely Fam! I’ve sadly been made redundant from my job but I’m hanging in there. In the spirit of renewal, I’m taking a short trip to NYC to see friends and family and reset a bit. My aim is to connect and reconnect with lovely humans.

Are any of you around? I’d love to get a coffee (or green juice?) with anyone around 16-21 May. Would be nice to meet as a NY group too if a few of you are free 💓
