Yes to all of this!!! I am just coming out of my monthly workout dip when I’ve got my period - even though I know I should actually exercise through it - so would love some kind of guide / tips to keep me on track ❤️

Just a quick message to say I am also dealing with a lot of transitions at the moment and epic anxiety / overwhelm. And am taking a moment to hold you in my thoughts this morning. I can very rarely make the lives but I know Marnie and the fam have got my back ❤️

Ah all the m under 30 full bodies! I miss these. They are what got me into m/body and got me through lockdown in London with two children! I could do with revisiting…

I know how you feel!!! I have been on a family campervan trip the last week and was super busy moving in the build up. I’ve missed my workout schedule massively - and I know it’s a sign of not taking time for myself as well. I’m just looking forward to making that time when I’m back. Will maybe do a ten days mini challenge or something. Good luck with all your busy things 👊❤️

To anyone who like me has gone way off the board with the challenge last few weeks - life has got so busy and chaotic - BUT… is still making it to the mat! Proud of us! Messy but still present! And looking forwards to catching up with all the new lives when I have a chance 😍

Yep. I had a few slow days too - period etc 😂 this morning did a work out first thing (have let that slip a bit too) and felt so much more positive all day x going to make it to the mat tomorrow morning too 👊
