Something I enjoyed this summer was on my family van trip across France / Spain realising it was an adventure and how this took away the pressure of everything being perfect. More generally reaching out to everyone now going through September transitions. I need to make some life changes which is making me super anxious. Am committing to doing a Marnie workout every day to help me dance through it hopefully with a little bit of grace.

I’m going to give you my take on toxic stuff in case you find it helpful. But do excuse me / throw it away if it doesn’t resonate for you! If someone feels bad about themselves but can’t handle those feelings so they act in a way to make the other person feel them, as a way to externalise it. Not intentionally but that doesn’t help much at the time. Sometimes at the end of a workout, I get this sense of being in my own body and centred in my own feelings. And it feels GREAT xxx good luck with it all sweetheart ❤️❤️

Funnily enough I just did one of the 30 min full body workouts I used to do all the time when I started and was in a London winter lockdown with my two children ❤️ we can do hard things!
