My daughter, who is in kindergarten, and who is a super creative, big feelings person, wrote a short plan for dealing with said feelings. Beautifully relevant πŸ’œπŸ™Œ even as a 32 year old woman 😘

I love the image you shared here. As a person diagnosed with anxiety, I truly relate to the idea that our bodies are just trying to help. And in an interesting way, our minds have to help our body learn how to actually help our bodies, instead of the reactionary β€œhelp” offered. Thank you for this πŸ’œ

Class was amazing this morning. Wanted to reach through the screen and hug each one of you! And I loved the message.. but I always love the message πŸ₯°

I’m letting go ofβ€” worrying I’m not doing enough, in my work, in family life/relationships, in workouts. It’s a habitual thought pattern I have, which I hope to, at least for this week, release my mental grip on. β€œI do not have weights tied to my ankles” a new favorite mantra from our lovely Marnie this morning πŸ’œ

Deborah- awesome goal! The full 60 minutes really is wonderful if you can find time, which isn’t always easy!
