Maybe I’m just putting my own stress on the community but I get the feeling we all need some warmth and light right now. Sending it to all you lovely warriors, connecting and wishing you all the white light of protection Marnie’s shared before, which felt so personal. Goodness I appreciated that .

And reminding us all (myself included for sure currently) to take deep breaths, acknowledge the anxieties, and let them pass. We can do hard things, even things we don’t fully grasp.

Be in the light today loves. 💜

Also doing this workout on Sunday, and hope I can make a live soon! Love that my Lizzo request was put in at the end with those hip lifts-- THANK YOU!!! Also, it's so hard to do the epiphany... but, I love how I keep doing this work because of what strength it brings, instead of trying to shoot for losing weight (I haven't). I'm the heaviest I've been in a while, but I'm also the most capable/flexible/versatile. That number on the scale has haunted me nearly my entire life, but slowly that feeling is going away. We are more than our pull to the earth <3

This is the best 30min arm workout. I needed this focus and can't wait to try it again. I think this with the m>20 planks a is going to be a great way to return to upper body strength, since that's my area of needing growth. And 200 classes! Congrats Marnie, Danni and the m/body team. I'm so grateful, so excited for everything you gals have been able to help us all accomplish. There's a joke circulating in the fam that m/body is #notacult (hahahahaha, but like we have bracelets tho so...) but it is SO a way of life. OXOXO forever!

Holy cow.. Future Amanda, do this one again when you want to feel empowered and see progress because it's firey, challenging, sweaty, and great for when you want more than 30min and don't have an hour. Thanks so much Marnie & Danni & and the whole team :-)
