Thank you for the comment on feeling fire in your thighs in turn out and what to do with it. I'm trying to get back on the path of strength in turn out, rather than tightness, and the options were super dee duper helpful!!! LOVE from WA <3

LOVED the stretch using the barre!! An under 20 stretch with that would be awesome!!

I love love love the light spirt of this particular class. Needed as a fellow west coaster. My favorite part is the barre work (especially wrapping leg behind and lifted), not because I'm good at it, but because I'm not, and I'm trusting in growth <3 Thanks so much!

I wish I could favorite this twice ;-) <3 Seriously, this was so fantastic. The bar series challenged me (turn out always does), and a 45 min session to return to for this work is so so helpful! I teared up (again) at the end, during the meditation. Thank you so much for another challenging, yet encouraging 45 min. PS- your bangs are fantastic!

I don't mind at all fast forwarding something. I missed this one, and was bummed that I wouldn't hear the chat because I feel connected during it. No complaints either way, but I do love the chat :-)

Hi Sabrina! I'm not Marnie, obviously, but I've recently had telehealth physical therapy for pelvic floor issues. Incontinence is a problem for me too. My issue is everything down there (the technical term-ha!) is so tight that it's actually causing a lack of the flexibility needed to hold in anything in my bladder (years of "sucking it in" and child birth scaring). I've been recommended to do happy baby pose, reclining bound angle pose, then ending in child's pose holding each for 3 minutes, with a mindfulness to relax those muscles. I don't know if you're experiencing things being too tight, but if so, these stretches could be helpful. I've seen improvements and have been able to jump in these workouts with less and less leakage, and in some cases, none at all. You may be having a totally different issue, and this may not address anything, but at the least, your hips will get a great opener! OXOX
