Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

This class had the most beautiful message. Brought me to tears at the end. Lionesses are now my second favorite animal(nothing can replace the manatee-ha!).

The message of gratitude at the end was exactly what I've been needing, after weeks of hard work, facing a creative burnout. A tough but necessary class for me today. Thank you for working this one in!

Wait, you guys got a new camera or something, in addition to that awesome curve going on in the background! Listening to the announcements/intro and this video looks awesome. Can't wait to do this!

Iโ€™ve started adding two very short runs into my week now that my kids are back in school, and this video is such a powerful one to pair with that activity.

Also, I've been doing M/Body since May 2020. It's been healing, not just physically, but emotionally & mentally as well. Can't convey my gratitude enough โค๏ธ

Not an entry because I totally did NOT see the dog! I was working so hard, and because Marnie didn't miss a flipping beat! Such a wonderful class! Thank you so so much for an awesome time!

So, here's a question. My neck was straining for the last half of this workout, but when I put my head down for modification, I don't feel like it challenges me enough in my abs. Is there a middle of the road option, or rather, a way to work up more than just resting your head on the floor? Side note, I am making sure my shoulders are down and my chin is a fist width distance from my chest.
