Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

Ok. This workout has jettisoned itself to my most favorite of all time. Endurance is the name of the game here, with serious focus on upper body, which I need. And that bowie/queen song, into Taylor Swift at the end. I am loving this. I miss the lives now, which I really struggle to be ok with, but this video has such energy that carries over. Thanks so so much Marnie for being here for us folks who currently can't make it to lives.

Hi! I used a MacBook Pro this morning for the workout from Saturday. It was as if the video was skipping forward a few split seconds throughout the video. Still a good workout!

balance is my favorite month. I'm so thankful it's a theme again. This class, despite the many many times I yelled "oooooooooo GURL" in my living room, felt so gentle, so powerful.. I needed this one. I am so thankful. And, that dog is so adorable!

Work your brain with this one, Future Manda! Lots of sculpty sweat going on, and such a nice meditation at the end!

Admittedly, I am more of an Oppenheimer girl, but this workout was phenomenal. So many challenges, yet simultaneous victories too in this choreography. And that ending— Glimmers “don’t take away sadness, but they remind us that there is something on the other side of that journey.” Adore this workout. When you need authentic optimism, and you’ve got an hour, do this workout!

This is the summer of strong.. it doesn’t mean the summer of more.. and quite frankly, sweet friend, I feel like you are emboding this with every deep breath you take, every acknowledgment of feeling alone or scared, or anxious. I think, given the weird state humanity seems to be in right now, that it’s extra hard to be human, and extra hard to not feel overwhelmed by loneliness, or even just what we feel moment to moment. Loss is human, but it can be amplified when we feel like we’re the only ones. I’m so thankful you feel like you can reach out. You are not alone in spirit, and people you haven’t even met are thinking of you 🫶🏻
